INDGA Show Rules

1) NDGA RULES SHALL GOVERN.

2) The Junior and Senior shows are separately sanctioned.

3) Showmanship classes will be offered. There are no fees for showmanship and entries will be taken upon check-in up until start of showmanship judging.

4) Original registration papers are required for animals six months of age or older. Stamped duplicates will be accepted for kids younger than 6 months only. Papers must be shown upon registration check-in.

5) No pre-show milk out.

6) No horned animals allowed.

7) No visible signs of abscesses or other contagious diseases (pinkeye, ringworm, etc.) will be allowed. ALL ANIMALS MUST BE HEALTHY. Check with Indiana ’s state veterinarian office for health requirements pertaining to your state of origin. No health papers required for animals residing within the state of Indiana . Be sure you comply with the latest regulations. Call 1-877-747-3038 or go to www.boah.in.gov.

8) No telephone entries accepted.

9) No dogs are allowed in the barn or show area. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the fairgrounds.

10) FEES- see show entry form for registration fees. No charge for showmanship.

11) PENS (bedding not included):  Pens are 5 X 5 but are NOT baby proof. Exhibitors must provide any containment system needed to keep kids in their appropriate pens. INDGA will have additional bales of pine shaving available at the fairgrounds for exhibitors to purchase.

12) INDGA will have additional bales of pine shavings available at the fairgrounds for exhibitors to purchase.  Please indicate on entry form if shavings will be purchased on site.

13) Camping with electrical hookups will be available at the fairgrounds. Camping fees are $10.00 per night.  Camping fees may be paid upon arrival. Showers will be available at the fairgrounds for the use of all exhibitors.

14) INDGA will not be held responsible for losses, damage or accidents. Any person or family not exhibiting proper behavior as judged by the show committee will be required to leave the fairgrounds immediately and will not be permitted to return for the remainder of the show. 15) Parents/guardians or an adult must be willing to take responsibility for child/children. under 18.

16) ATTENDANCE OF THIS SHOW WILL STAND AS AN AGREEMENT TO COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE SHOW RULES.  SHOW COMMITTEE HAS FINAL DETERMINATION.
